Greetings! in the good name of the Lord. I am sending a ministry-sharing letter after a long time. When we are in a business field where dryness is like a desert and roughness is like a wilderness, we experience countless God's interference, but the sharing of missionary work has been delayed because I could not calmly sit at my desk and settle my countless emotions.
It is a fierce life that you cannot endure if you do not hold on to the Word even for a day, so I miss the seminary days when I would leisurely explore the words of the Bible with annotation books open in the library. The biggest reason why I studied theology was because I longed for the life of a pastor who could focus on the study of the Word, but I never dreamed that I would be called to such a field of business missionary.
Our company has also been hit hard by COVID-19, which has lasted for the past 3 years. 70% of our customers were food service businesses and more than half of our customers had to stop operating in the aftermath of long-term, high-intensity social distancing, and we were also hit. Nevertheless, we are going through the long COVID-19 tunnel well. I cannot explain exactly how we got through this terrible period. I did not try harder to attract new customers, and the number of orders from existing customers did not increase, but as I passed by, I am surviving like this.
I think the miracle of 5 loaves and 2 fish would have been like this. Obviously, there were only two fish and five barley loaves, but they obeyed the command and began to distribute them one by one, and after giving them away, they were able to distribute them all to 5,000 people, and after complying with the order to collect the rest, there were 12 baskets full. I have been here for the past eight years with such an experience, which can only be explained that it was a grace and a miracle.
So, I am very reassured. I confessed in the past that God already knows all our needs, but the “living God” I confess now and the “living God” I confessed in the past are on a different level. I had a valuable experience to clearly realize that the one who is alive and responsible for us in our lives is God, not me. Praise be to God once again!
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Teamboaz continued to operate Sumber Kasih (Source of Love) Kindergarten. From January 3, 2022, the spring semester has been carried out by switching to offline classes and safely finished at year-end. Sabtu Ceria (Exciting Saturday), an after-school classroom ministry, originally held classes in a total of six locations, but for the Looking back to the time when Teamboaz started the Sumberkasi Kindergarten ministry, I can clearly feel that I did not do it, but God introduced this ministry to Teamboaz. It was the time when I came overseas and started to settle down, but I obeyed.
PRAYER
1. Please pray for the qualitative and quantitative growth of Chrombit. We want to be a model for good companies that provide good jobs, and we want Chrombit to be a channel of blessing. Through the services provided by Chrombit, we want to improve the quality of life in Indonesia.
2. Please pray for employees to experience the love and grace of Jesus Christ in their work life. Since the gospel preached by life, not by words, is the most effective tool for spreading the gospel, intercession is urgently needed for me to live well as an example of faith.
3. We are restarting the fundraising for the supply of WATER & LIFE water purifiers to spread the gospel with clean water. It costs 100 bucks each. 4. Please pray for all the ministries of Teammboaz. I'm trying to restart the ministry that was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A lot of preparation is needed to restart the suspended ministry, such as medical services in Afghan refugee camps, IT training centers, and ISF meetings. Please pray for me to prepare well.
